Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect e-mails from one email account to another, configure email filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your mailbox accounts against spam emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your email accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested mails will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mail messages from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just select the mailbox you would like to redirect emails from, then select the target email mailbox and select if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your personal computer or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also allow you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to read and our system will do everything else.
